Job Description
Must have:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Nanoheal product
- Experience in creating automated solutions for Desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices
- Experience in creation of self-heal configurations and custom tiles for issues
- Proven skills in converting the resolutions to automated solution such as predictive or proactive solution
- Experience in troubleshooting and configuring complex or challenging software and software packages
- Experience in analyzing incident tickets and creating automated solutions.
- Create custom reports and dashboards
- Proven troubleshooting skills of Nanoheal client issues
- Proven skills in demonstrating the benefits in client infrastructure via quantifiable data
- Ability to resolve hardware and software issues
- Demonstrate a passion for service and a member experience
- Thoroughly document all customer interactions and actions performed on customer machines
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 and respective devices platform
- Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts and configurations
- Preferred VB .Net, Powershell scripting
- ITIL certified
