Roles & Responsibilities The Naphtha Trader will be responsible for the development and promotion of Naphtha trading, interacting with companies involved in the refining, distribution, transportation, storage, blending, and sale of hydrocarbons. The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge and experience in Naphtha including derivatives management:

• Sourcing and marketing of Naphtha focus Far and the Middle East.

• Optimise the feedstock supply via internal liaison points.

• Risk Management of the trading book.

• Provide analytical valuations to support the trading decisions.

• Development and preserve a strong trading relationships with producers, refineries, and traders.

• Development of spot and term opportunities.

• Knowledge of the legal and economic issues affecting the hydrocarbon industry.

• Active collaboration with the rest of the light products team ad fluent communication with all the other trading locations.
  

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant front office experience in Petroleum products trading
• Deep Naphtha proficiency in areas such as quality, logistics, risk management, and contract terms and conditions.
• The willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
• Relevant experience in oil markets dealing with the main Naphtha end users.
• Strong and deep knowledge of the Middle East and Far East Markets, mainly in Naphtha.
• Profound and expertise in Arbitrage Play from the West and experience managing storage facilities for naphtha purposes.
• Demonstrated exemplary negotiation skills.
• Capability to analyse deeply the fundamentals around the Naphtha market and express them in the Naphtha book.
• Perform duties in an open and fast-paced work environment.
• Preferably a second language in Spanish due to daily communication with the company refinery system.
• Flexible, proactive, creative mind, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
