Job Description

Role responsiblities include:

• Develop financial models and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis based on macro factors and external benchmarking to identify risk & opportunities to support decision making, planning and long term strategy plans, focused on the Net Interest Margin and Net Interest Income of the bank.
• Be an actively engaged team member that look after the balance sheet and business units as part of a robust planning and forecasting process to provide forward looking assessments incorporating the respective businesses\xe2\x80\x99 growth strategies
• Develop management dashboards to ensure strategic alignment of Balance Sheet & Profitability metrics across countries and business segments

• Enjoy the challenge of combining data modeling and analytics into insights to drive quality decision making
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the banking and finance sector
• Familiarity with programming, data query, data management tools
• Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage various internal stakeholders
• Able to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and deadline\xe2\x80\x93oriented environment
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively with business and finance stakeholders
• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent professional certification
• Understanding of financial processes and experience with funds transfer-pricing (FTP), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and/or experience in balance sheet and capital management will be an advantage
