Job Description

:

• F5 Firewall Automation:

• Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible to manage F5 firewalls.
• Automate the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of F5 firewall rules and policies.
• Network Operations:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance and security.
• Work closely with network and security teams to integrate automation solutions into existing network infrastructure.
• Security Compliance:

• Ensure that all automated solutions comply with industry standards and organizational security policies.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks on firewall configurations and policies.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve network operations and security through automation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in network automation and security.
• Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated processes and solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of Ansible for network automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related studies
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations and security.
• Proven experience with Ansible automation, particularly in managing network devices and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with F5 firewalls and related technologies
• Proficiency in Ansible and experience writing playbooks and roles.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall policies, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Relevant certifications such as F5 Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or equivalent.
