With priceless learning opportunities, strong support, incredible innovation, and volunteer opportunities, NetSuite is committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels empowered and set up for success.Responsibilities:As a Direct Account Manager, you will actively collaborate with customers to identify expansion opportunities within Oracle NetSuite and meticulously oversee transactions stemming from well-established relationships.Your responsibilities extend to running the assigned territory within our install-based customer portfolio, placing a primary emphasis on two key objectives, they are growing revenue and renewing contracts.Working closely with Customers, you will set the vision and develop joint account planning strategies that aligns with their business objectives.Responsibilities:Territory Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships within the designated territory, with a dedicated focus on driving revenue growth from our install-based customers.
  • Assume the role of the primary point of contact for all account management matters, establishing trusted advisor relationships with key business executives and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Sustain and broaden relationships with crucial contacts within Alliance Provider organizations and your account base through regular and meaningful interactions.
  • Exceed sales quotas by optimally renewing assigned accounts and strategically selling additional modules.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and timely information crucial for precise revenue forecasts.
  • Foster the growth of an active pipeline of forecasted sales to consistently meet monthly and quarterly quota objective.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate closely with customers to articulate a compelling vision and formulate joint account planning strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Innovate and drive new business initiatives within existing client relationships in a defined territory, identifying areas of improvement to maximize growth opportunities. Ensure that accounts fully leverage NetSuite while meeting their evolving needs.
Contract Management:
  • Supervise transaction contracts, proactively addressing deal booking issues, and offering guidance to customers and alliance partners on Oracle NetSuite\'s business and commercial practices.
  • Conduct effective negotiation of pricing and contractual agreements, ensuring a seamless process up to the point of close.
Sales Team Collaboration:
  • Foster close collaboration with NetSuite New Business and Alliance Providers, bolstered by support from cross-functional teams internally, encompassing support, professional services, pre-sales, marketing, and product management. This collaboration is instrumental in addressing the needs and concerns of assigned accounts.
  • Actively participate in crafting, presenting, and selling a comprehensive value proposition through both remote and in-person channels.
