Responsibilities

For servers, network switches, network firewalls, routers, wireless access points, SAN storage systems, security systems, and backup systems, provide operation support services (OSS), which includes troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution.
accountable for the infrastructure's network operations and security
monitoring the network equipment's (or systems') health in the current IT environment.
managing network, communication, and security controls on a daily basis.
Update data network hardware to the most recent, reliable firmware.
investigating and fixing data network faults in both local and remote environments.
Ensure that network and security solution designs adhere to the standards and best practices developed and put into use by working closely with the IT Head and GIT.
To respond to network and cyber security EMERGENCIES, on call 24 hours a day.

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT, or with at least 3-4 years of experience in deploying and maintaining Server, Storage and Backup solution in Windows & Linux environment.
Experience in Microsoft Server 2008/2012, Exchange Server, Office365.
Experience in Virtualization, VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Experience in AD Migration and System Troubleshooting.
