We are representing our client on the following role.Infrastructure AdministratorResponsibilities: Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in house servers Install and integrate new server hardware and applications Keep an eye out for needed updates Support and administer third-party applications Ensure network security and connectivity Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords Resolve problems reported by end user Define network policies and procedures Specify system requirements and design solutions Research and make recommendations on server system administration Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom vendor managementRequirements: BSc degree in Computer Science with 5-10 years in related experience in a network administrator role; 3-5 years experience in server administration role Hands on experience in networking segmentation, routing and layer 3 switching Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired Ability to set up and configure server hardware Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies Great at organising, prioritising and multitasking Fortigate, Cisco, Windows Server 2018 above skillset Network hardening and security related experience CCNA, MCSE, MCITP Administer and support core Microsoft, Cisco, HyperV and VMware technologies Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems Veeam Backup and Restoration Able to travel oversea and after office hours when requiredInterested applicants, kindly send in a copy of your updated resume in WORD document to [ Link removed ] stating your current and expected remuneration together with notice period required to current employer.
