Job Description

Responsibilities: . Design, plan and support network and computing infrastructure (for on premise or on cloud); . Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks/servers; . Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices; . Perform troubleshooting analysis of workstations, servers and network equipment; . Manages all system back-up and restore protocol; . Manage all corporate network equipment and firewall; . Monitors network performance and implements performance tuning; . Oversee software and network security; . Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed; . To adopt change management processes for all production equipment; . Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution. . Perform server administration . Provide technical support to both internal and external customers; . Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords; . Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam; . Asset management and tracking; . Provide office automation support to all business units; . Familiar with latest Windows Server OS;Requirements: . Diploma or Degree in IT related discipline . 1-5 years of relevant working experience, supporting FM services for solutions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud . AWS / MCSA certifications will be added advantage . Installation and setup of middleware like Tomcat, Websphere / Weblogic will be added advantage . Knowledge in setup and maintenance of MS Exchange / Sharepoint will be added advantage .
