Job Description

• Provide expert advice, solutions, and product knowledge to support the sales team.
• Understand customer needs and create sales opportunities by offering the right solutions.
• Design solutions that meet customer goals, ensuring they get the best value and satisfaction.
• Present solutions to customers and prepare technical proposals with cost estimates.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify new products or services that enhance existing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology and business partners.
• Handover awarded projects to the post-sales team for implementation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and look for opportunities to upsell additional services.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge, ideally at the SME level
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, especially in Network and Data Center solutions.
• Skills in one or more areas: Cisco Data Center, Network Security (e.g., Firewalls, VPNs), Cisco ISE, or Cisco WLAN.
• Good business understanding and a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with different customer levels and find new business opportunities within existing clients.
