• Offer expert consultation, solutions, and product insights to support and enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
• Identify and analyze customer business and technical requirements to create tailored sales opportunities.
• Develop and design solutions that meet customer objectives, ensuring optimized investments and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Advanced subject matter expertise, ideally CCNP certified or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in IT
• Proficiency in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: Cisco Data Center technologies, Network security (e.g., Firewalls, VPN), Cisco ISE, or Cisco WLAN.
• Strong business acumen and a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presenting and negotiating.
• Strong consultative abilities, including effective communication with diverse customer levels and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
