Key Responsibilities
Provide
technical support
for daily IT operations, network maintenance, and infrastructure management.Troubleshoot and resolve
network and system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity. Manage and configureuser accounts, permissions, and access controls
to maintain system integrity and security.Monitor and support
network operations, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and VPN configurations. Participate in24/7 rotational shifts
to ensure continuous monitoring and smooth operation of IT systems and networks. SupportIT audit activities
, providing technical input and addressing identified gaps in a timely manner. Deliverad hoc technical solutions and recommendations
as assigned by the Department Head.#
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
. Strong understanding ofnetworking fundamentals
with hands-on operational experience.Proficiency in English and Mandarin
to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts. Prior experience in abanking or financial institution
will be an advantage. * A proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
