Monitor network with monitoring tool. To be standby engineer for emergency support contact. To handle ticketing system. Assist in IT desktop support issues. Install new hardware, system, and software. Able to work independently. Helping HR and Finance department for office administrative work (Customer invoice, quotation, PO, purchasing claim etc).
