Job description
JD 1. Be part of the network operations, handling daily network activities 2. Maintaining network environment of the organization including firewall, router, VPN appliances, wifi, and other network devices 3. Installing, designing and configuring functional network - LAN, WAN, and WLAN 4. Attending to network issues -be accountable for L2 network escalation from attending the issue, troubleshooting, resolving and communicating issue to other users/BUs and relevant stakeholders 5. Network monitoring management - monitoring network performance and integrity 6. Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer best solutions and protection to the company's systems. 7. Implementing disaster recovery for network operations including backup and recovery plan. 8. Implementing and managing wifi, proxy, cloud networking infra. structure, e.g., gateway, peering, ipsec vpn, etc 9. Managing and maintaining network SOPs, maintain complete technical documentation. 10. Member the team member on network technical issues when needed 11. Suggest improvement to network performance, capacity and scalability
Job Requirements
JR 1. Min degree graduate in IT related field 2. Min 3-5 years experience in same field with professional certification - CCNA, CCNP 3. Solid understanding of network services such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc and good understanding in network administration and architecture 4. Good in practical knowledge and hand on of network systems such as LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Firewall, switches, proxy, load balancer, etc. 5. Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure network are operating efficiently 6. Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot LAN,WAN, Wifi and network security infra. 7. Time manageable person 8. Ability to multitask, incl. involving in operation task and involving in project task simultaneously 9. Ability to communicate technical information to technical members and layman term to non technical members 10. A team player at the same time able to work independently. 11. Ability to work extra hours when needed 12. Familiar with access control models and network security
