Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or any related discipline. Industry-recognized network certifications such as
CCNP, CCNA
, or equivalent are strongly preferred.Skills:
Minimum 2 years of expereince
in supporting high-tech factory environments usingCisco networking solutions
. In-depth knowledge of Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, FortiGate Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, ClearPass NAC, F5 VPN, IPS, WLC, Access Points, and VSS/VLAN Architectures. Strong expertise in wired, wireless, and VPN network support, with a focus on enterprise-level manufacturing networks. * Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance and security.
