Overseeing customer's requirements and work closely with customer's IT vendors and maintenance support vendors
Taking ownership of customer's technical issues reported & tracking them through resolutions timely and escalate to appropriate channels when applicable
Install, support and maintain hardware and software network infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, firewalls, server, storage etc.
Provide technical support to customers' end-users and diagnose problems through onsite or remotely troubleshooting
Support technical needs in customer's environment through integration of new and existing technologies
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
Min. 1 year experience as System/Network Administrator or Engineer or similar role
Familiar with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Good communication skills
Able to join immediately or within short notice
Professional Certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent is an added advantage
* Professional Certification in Microsoft Certified Solution Associate is an added advantage
