Job Description
& Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, specifically Fortinet and Juniper firewalls and switches.
2. Oversee and manage network and security-related projects from planning to implementation.
3. Conduct training sessions and deliver technical presentations to team members and end-users.
4. Maintain strong working relationships with clients and effectively manage third-party vendors.
5. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT Networking or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in a system integrator (SI) environment with hands-on network and security exposure. Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Fortinet and Juniper firewalls and switches. Ability to work independently under pressure and with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proven experience in implementing network security projects. Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills. Willingness to work extended and after-office hours when required. * Nice to Have: Exposure to GPU servers, security solutions such as network analysers, load balancers, or endpoint protection tools.
