Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Network Engineer (CCNP or higher)

for a 6-month full-time, on-site engagement in Singapore to support the air traffic management environment. The role focuses on

cybersecurity compliance, network integration, and perimeter protection

, requiring strong hands-on expertise in Cisco FMC/FTD, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and L2/L3 networking within critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

Update network solution architecture drawings and diagrams Produce Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for OPS and SMRC Networks, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and device hardening Write test procedures (ITD) and operational artifacts (maintenance/user manuals, config/rollback/runbooks, troubleshooting guides)

Integration & Configuration

Configure interfaces, zones, firewall policies (L4-L7), IPS, and application filtering Integrate offline SMRC components (e.g., PIM/PAM, SNMS/NMS/LMS, RADIUS, NTP, SIEM) with HSE & remote site switches Support online OPS firewalls/external interfaces and validate transparent firewall failover in HA/standalone setups Set up the External Support Platform (ESP), including L2/L3 switch configs, firewall S2S VPN, DMZ, NAT, ACL/IPS/URL-content/VPN policies, and device hardening Provide on-site troubleshooting during deployment and integration

Hardening & Assurance

Harden online/offline SMRC and OPS firewalls/network devices Investigate and resolve operational issues arising from hardening activities Ensure adherence to project design, Cisco best practices, and client quality/safety standards

Required Qualifications

Cisco

CCNP certification

(minimum) with senior hands-on network engineering experience Strong expertise in

Cisco FMC/FTD

, firewalls, IDS/IPS, HA failover, and L4-L7 policying Solid

L2/L3 networking skills

(switching, routing, VLANs) Experience with

security services/integrations

such as RADIUS, NTP, SIEM, PAM/PIM, SNMS/NMS/LMS Proven ability to produce

LLDs, test procedures, and operational documentation

On-site

deployment, integration, and troubleshooting

experience in critical environments Excellent stakeholder communication skills with disciplined change/test practices Experience in

critical infrastructure, aviation, or ATC environments

Familiarity with

vulnerability assessment / penetration testing workflows

Prior work under

regulated public-sector standards in Singapore
