Job Description

Salary: $3000 - $4500 + VB

Working Location: Island-wide traveling required, on site required

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Own vehicle preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive IT support, including hardware setup, software installation, network maintenance, and troubleshooting. Manage access rights, backup systems, and cybersecurity measures. Assist in IT projects and ERP implementations. Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly, especially in medical environments. Collaborate with internal and external teams for support and issue resolution. Continuously improve skills through training and on-the-job experience. Train colleagues and end-users on relevant technologies.

Requirements:

Strong technical skills in Windows, networking, and cybersecurity Experience with advanced visualization tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bachelor's degree in IT or related field 8+ years of relevant experience
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
