Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : As a network engineer, the successful candidate will:

• Possess hands-on experiences to plan and lead projects on implementation and troubleshooting;

• Network design and review for the project implementation;

• Implement and support on the network switch, firewall and load balancer on project

• Attend to and manage customer expectations

• Be able to address the concerns and issues in vendor management and proactively be the escalation point for clients.

Technical Requirement:

• Strong knowledge and project management experience on the enterprise network design & implementation at least 2 full cycle project or 3 years vendor experience

• Hands-on experience on setup, support, and troubleshooting on L2 or L3 network switch or router on CISCO, HP or H3C.

• Hands-on experience on setup, support, and troubleshooting the firewall like Cisco, Palo Alto. If also have Fortinet firewall and checkpoint firewall experience is better.

• Experience on the virtual network design and implementation.

• Experience on SDWAN and DWDM configuration will be an advanced.

• Manage and support experience on network monitoring solutions like Solarwinds.

• Hands on experience on the Load balancer product or solution like F5, A10

• Experience on the Wi-Fi solution like Cisco, HP Aruba. Rucks is an advantage.

• Experience on the network security enhancement design and implementation, familiar with CIS, ISO270001 security benchmark.

• Experience on documentation such as High-level design document, low level design document, UAT document and operation document.

Certifications prefer:

• CCNA, CCNP will be an advantage.

• HCPA-IP Network

• ITIL

Additional experience will be an advantage.

• VMware / Hyper-V

• Windows Server & Linus server

• Cloud solution like Azure, AWS and Ali cloud

Able to communicate, read and write fluently in Mandarin with pre-dominantly China-based team members in China HQ would be an added advantage.
