Job Description

Role Summary Responsible for planning, requirements analysis, technical assessment, project management, solution deployment, operation management of company's IT solutions and IT Managed Services. Looking for a team player and leader who possess strong interpersonal skills. Expected to collaborate effectively with stakeholders within the airport community and manage vendor relationship by driving common vision and values to achieve the outcomes with our various outsourced industry partners / vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop system roadmap and implementation plans.
• Partner with various company stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop business cases for projects considering aspects such as return on investments (ROI) and customer service benefits.
• Work with internal technical teams and lead vendors to propose technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success.
• Execute project and change management to ensure delivered solutions will meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
• Lead and manage 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of company IT systems to enable operations.
• Manage IT operations and performance of IT systems to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform, review and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement effort.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related discipline
• 3 Years of related working experience in the IT domain.
• Certifications like CCNA, CCDP, MSE, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, CITPM, and equivalent will be highly advantageous.
• Organisational and project management, ability to manage/work with contractors/stakeholders/vendors for project implementation, system maintenance and support works, which promulgating awareness and design consideration of current and emerging cybersecurity threats
• Competent in using network management systems and devices, firewalls, network standards, and network protocols (e.g., HSRP, VRRP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Prior knowledge of ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Patch Management
