Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Network Lead
with strong expertise in Data Center Networking to design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of proven experience in leading network operations, with hands-on exposure to leading data center network products.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of data center network infrastructure. Manage and support end-to-end networking operations across multiple environments. Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for switches and related equipment. Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure network scalability, availability, and security. Develop and enforce networking standards, policies, and documentation. Oversee incident management and root cause analysis for network-related issues. Mentor and guide junior engineers within the networking team.
Requirements:
6-8 years of relevant experience in
Data Center Networking
(mandatory). Hands-on expertise with at least one of the following:Dell Switches
(preferred)Cisco
(second preference)Juniper
Arista
Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols. Experience in network architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
