Hands-on with monitoring/ticketing (Zabbix/PRTG/SolarWinds, ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy), basic CLI, and Wireshark packet reads.
Communication:
Crisp incident notes, timely updates, and confident vendor/customer coordination.
