Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Platform Integration Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of enterprise network infrastructure projects. The role requires strong project governance, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align technical deliverables across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and progress reports. Ensure alignment of deliverables and priorities across internal teams and vendors. Team & Vendor Coordination Track and manage deliverables across internal technical teams. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to meet milestones and quality standards. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders. Deliver status updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. Proactively escalate risks, dependencies, and delays to drive project success. Governance & Quality Assurance Apply best practices in project governance and reporting. Enforce quality checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Tools & Methodologies

Proficient in project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet. Strong skills in Excel (RAID tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive presentations). Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Experienced in using RAID logs, RACI matrices, Gantt charts, and dashboards.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience managing network infrastructure projects in enterprise environments. Strong ability to lead internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery. Knowledge of network technologies (WAN, LAN, Load Balancers, Firewalls) for effective technical discussions (not hands-on). Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. * Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, or ITIL are an advantage.
