Job Description

Job Responsibilities:





1.Provide routine support for key customer projects, ensuring project running smooth and customer satisfaction.


2.Coordinate with local telecom partners to improve network service quality & stability.


3.Support incident escalation and troubleshooting for network service such as IPLC/IEPL/MPLS-VPN/SD-WAN/IP Transit/DIA.


4.Monitor MVNO platform and ensuring operational stability.





Job Requirements:





1.Bachelor's degree or above,Major: Telecommunications or related disciplines


2.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in telecommunications industry.


3.Solid knowledge of telecom transmission service and products.


4.Good project management skills; able to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.


5.Strong communication skills with customer and able to take pressure.


6.Fluent in both Mandarin and English (You need Mandarin as you will need to connect with partners in China)
