We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join a friendly, skilled team and help global clients. Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for software and services via phone and email (training provided). Collaborate with colleagues across different locations in a global, team-based environment. Support projects and special initiatives with internal stakeholders. Ensure customer success by delivering effective solutions and support consistently.
Requirements
Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in networking, operating systems, hardware, and email protocols CCNA level networking level is preferred, but not a must. * Customer-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving approach to troubleshooting
