• Provide LAN/WAN support and trouble-shooting
• Provide end users support in a Windows based environment
• Reporting and Updating Database and documentations
• To participate and assist in new projects implementations.
• To assist in any other IT related activities
• May be assigned to station at client\'s premises

Requirement:

• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Familiar with WAN / LAN / Microsoft 365 hands-on troubleshooting
• Relevant Bachelor\'s Degree in IT
