Axelos is the most widely accepted accreditation program across the globe for IT Service Management.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs 1st level support for ICT projects and provides necessary infrastructure requirements and/or support and fault isolation of network- related incidents.
  • Provides escalation of network-related issues to 2nd level support and Authorized Service Providers.
  • Provide on-site support during Network Preventive Maintenance schedules in all BSP Offices.
  • Facilitate the management and monitoring of network-related service request and incidents or assist in managing and monitoring of IT-related incidents and IT Service Request.
  • Performs User Account Administration and Support Performs all the administrative works for all on- going Projects and Maintenance Contracts and.
  • Facilitate the management and monitoring of network availability and service performance.
Key Skills and experience required for this role:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
  • One (1) year of relevant experience, preferably knowledgeable in Computer, and Software Technology, data processing, and Project Management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably with training related to projects management.
  • Preferably with background on data analysis.
  • Must be ok with project based engagement. Durations of projects depends on the assigned clients. Typically 6 months to 1 year (extendable depends on your performance).
  • Candidate must be willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays both in BSP- Head Office, Manila and/or Security Plant Complex, Quezon City.
  • Must be willing to work on a day-shift and/or rotational shift assignment as deemed needed for work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner, hardworking and Confident.
  • Amenable to work onsite Monday to Friday and Saturdays (if needed).
  • On-going need for this role.
