Oversee customer requirements and work closely with IT vendors and maintenance support providers.
Take ownership of customers' technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalating where necessary.
Install, support, and maintain hardware and software network infrastructure according to industry best practices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, firewalls, servers, storage, etc.).
Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues both onsite and remotely.
Support integration of new and existing technologies to meet customer business needs.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology

Minimum
1 year experience
as a System/Network Administrator, Engineer, or in a similar role.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
Strong problem-solving aptitude and resourcefulness.
Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Professional Certifications are an advantage:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent
