Good knowledge in IT and communication system is required for solution implementation, including configuration of Voice/Network peripherals, VoIP/ Cloud PBX, Network Switches, Routers etc.
To provide helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical support and troubleshooting.
To validate System Design Document to meet customer requirements.
To maintain a strong customer relationship with proactive approach and positive working attitude.
To actively acquire and maintain good product knowledge in accordance with industry trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, ITE or equivalent.
Possess good attitude and eagerness to learn, as a strong team player.
Experience in deploying and managing Voice/Data project, supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, routers, troubleshooting LAN/VoIP systems is an advantage, although it is not a must.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills are required in most customer facing environment.
With or without experience is welcome to come, as product training will be provided.
