Operations Lead (crypto Exchange Apps)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the company's platform
- Coordinate between several departments to resolve system related issues
- Identify & manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risk
- Partner with our customer experience and content teams to continuously improve customer communications
- Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation.
- Participate in related projects and initiatives in general
- Follow and adhere to management principle and SOP
- Resolve and manage monitoring alert and alert configuration
Requirements:
- Degree in related field with at least 3 years of experience in a broker dealer or crypto related context.
- Strong leadership skills in managing a small team of digital marketeers, designer and developers
- Good understanding of blockchain technology and mechanics
- Ability to work with engineering and data for reporting and tooling
- Excellent planning, organizational skills and sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and attention to detail
