Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in e-commerce and social media channel development (e.g., live streaming, TV shopping).
Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
