• Conduct sales planning and generate sales strategies to provide accurate and competitive cost estimations in order to achieves sales annual target and growth.
• Visitation program to obtain customer feedback and analyse needs.
• Seek opportunities for product enhancements.
• Analyse customer needs and requirements and prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.
• Preparation, submission and negotiation of tenders.
• Monitoring of market, clients and competitive situation, including tender specific information, products, prices, personnel and relationships etc.
• Ensures that the quality of equipments delivered to clients fulfills the contract\'s requirements and Schindler\'s quality and safety standard.

Mobility needs you

• Diploma Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• 3 to 4 years of sales experience in a technical discipline and/or in business, including customer account management.
• Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated to achieve target.
• Able to work independently and a team-player..
