We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales development and management of our products and services within the assigned market segment. Working closely with the General Manager and the sales team, you will contribute to the growth of our business by securing new sales, building strong customer relationships, and meeting budgetary goals.

Responsibilities: * Assist the General Manager in sales development and management within the assigned market segment.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure new sales opportunities.
• Work closely with customers to meet assigned budget targets.
• Build and manage strong customer relationships by understanding their plans and requirements, providing value-added services.
• Actively engage in the market by making visits, attending meetings, and interacting with customers to understand their needs and emphasize the value of our products and services.
• Negotiate with customers to secure sales with healthy profit margins.
• Respond efficiently to customers\' technical or commercial queries, consistently meeting their expectations.
• Prepare sales quotations, bids, and deliver formal presentations to customers, demonstrating the services offered.
• Monitor customers\' payment matters and ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
• Provide suggestions to enhance the overall sales management of the assigned market segment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications/Requirements: * GCE \'O\' level with at least 7 years of relevant working experience OR Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with SAP Business One will be advantageous.
