settings. Our baked good range includes authentic hand-crafted pretzels, sweet laugenbuns, stuffed bagels and other mouth-watering baked goods, using only the highest quality ingredients. You will be working side by side with other passionate chefs, bakers and kitchen crews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for production of high-volume Pretzel doughs outside of operating hours Inventory taking and tracking of stocks Assisting in Quality control and tracking Hand-over to Day-Crew

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working with dough Fast learner able to pick up and retain manual skills quickly and apply consistently Ability to work at pace independently with limited supervision Accountable and reliable personality Attention to quality, consistency and detail
