We are looking for energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. You will play an important role in ensuring guests enjoy a fun and memorable experience in our outlets by providing excellent service and support in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Set up, maintain, and clean karaoke rooms and service areas Handle cashiering duties and process transactions correctly Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld Work closely with teammates to deliver smooth and enjoyable operations

Requirements:

No experience required; training will be provided Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service Team player who can work in a fast-paced, lively environment Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
