Provide 7x24 shift NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc.
Perform remote hand service based on customer's guideline.
Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc.
Escort customer for Data Halls visit
Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager.
Incident handling
Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment racks
& equipment move-in.
Perform cable connection test for Customers’ IT equipment
Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list …etc.
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or higher in IT/Network/Communication related subject
Minimum 1 years’ experience of NOC operation in Data Centre/Telecommunications industry
Familiar with NOC resource management, such as rack space, cable management … etc.
Shift duty required
Provide 7 x 24 Emergency service
Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese (Mandarin). - (Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and escort Chinese speaking customer for Data Halls visit)
