Requirements . Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc. . Perform remote hand service based on customer guideline. . Supe Requirements . Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc. . Escort customer for Data Halls visit . Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager. . Incident handling . Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers' IT equipment racks equipment move-in. . Perform cable connection test for Customers' IT equipment . Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list etc. . Temperature monitoring Job Requirements . Higher Diploma or higher in IT/Network/Communication related subject . Good working attitude . Minimum 1 years' experience of NOC operation in Data Centre/Telecommunications industry . Familiar with NOC resource management, such as rack space, cable management etc. . Shift duty required . Provide shift work Emergency service .
