:Exciting opportunity to take part in driving momentum in our growing Payments business!As an Associate in the Non-Bank FI Payments Sales team, you will support Sales managers on specific tasks relating Client pitches / proposals, client servicing, AML due diligence, preparation of KYC / account opening related processes and Financial reporting & Pipeline administration. We expect the candidate to learn key skills required by sales managers and eventually develop into the role of a sales manager and hence intention and ability towards learning the same on the job is required. You should be a team player and have the tenacity and patience as well as the ability to face high pressure situations sustainably.Job Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams on various client pitches for preparation of draft proposals, presentations.
  • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders (Global Corporate Banking / Implementation / Product / Service / legal / Financial Crime Compliance) on new deals, AML due diligence, service related matters and defend existing business.
  • Manage front end client queries for escalated cases and coordinate with various teams for faster resolutions.
  • Work on Financial reporting & Pipeline administration / analysis for market assessment and identify business opportunities.
  • Execution of Key account plan including set and implement new strategies.
  • Preparation of internal presentations on the segment and business updates to senior management.
  • Preparation of KYCs / Supporting team on KYC reviews and account opening processes and documentation.
  • Efficiently access internal systems to create requests, update details etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a bank with basic understanding of systems and processes in Payments - High Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and commitment, as well as a strong business sense with a strategic and conceptual orientation.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics/Business or other relevant fields.
  • Strong knowledge of FinTechs & Non-Bank Financial Institutions sub sectors (Insurance, Asset Managers, Brokers Dealers) and understanding of respective AML due diligence processes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience in cash management client facing sales or service preferred
