• Position Title: NPI Engineer / Product Engineer
• Working Location: Changi North
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Bonus
• Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,000
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
• Work closely with the customer and respective internal stakeholders to ensure the project is in schedule and on track
• Creation, updates and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Characterize and optimize processes to meet the final product quality, yield, and reliability
• Provide engineering support for all activities in the product development process.
• Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with production and ensure good quality products.
• Assist in the transition of design prototypes into cost-efficient and high volume products.
• Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines.
• Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure

• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in precision machining environment will be preferred
• Knowledge of setting up new manufacturing tooling and processes is preferred.
