Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Responsibilities:
To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging
Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process
Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
Involve in rack packaging design
To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
To support production on mass run
Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good project management skills.
A keen eye for details
Compliance with RBA standards
