Manage and oversee the entire NPI process from concept to production.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to stakeholders.
Support pilot builds, production ramp-up, and post-launch reviews.
Review processes to analyze, control and minimize deviations using statistical tools
Follow-up on new processes to ensure processes are tested and stable before and during production
Liaise with US, Malaysia and Singapore technical and engineering staffs to resolve any engineering issues that may occur from time to time
Supervise and mentor direct reports, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development support.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI, product development, or project management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports or project teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
