About Our Client

Our client, a US-based Multinational in the water treatment industry is a leading provider of innovative water solutions that enable customers worldwide to effectively manage water resources, protect the environment, and enhance human health and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of water treatment products and services, including membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, and brine concentration solutions.

• Lead and manage Research and Development projects for the development of new water treatment solutions
• Work collaboratively with Applications Engineering and Product Engineering teams to develop and commercialize new water treatment solutions
• Evaluate and develop novel membrane and pretreatment technologies for water purification, desalination, and brine concentration applications
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
• Coordinate and manage the testing and validation of new water treatment solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the technical team in product development and troubleshooting
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders as needed
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong technical background in engineering, chemistry, and scientific methods
• Experience in managing research and development projects
• Expertise in water treatment technologies, including membrane filtration and reverse osmosis systems
• Knowledge of pretreatment technologies for water purification, desalination, and brine concentration applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team of technical professionals
