• Define and establish the product build process
• Develop work instructions and test procedures
• Create inspection and test plans for the product
• Develop checklists and test protocols
• Design jigs for critical quality alignments
• Provide tester requirements to the design team
• Assess engineering changes for assigned products
• Offer technical expertise on manufacturing processes to the Product Assurance Group (PAG)
• Escalate issues to the PAG for defect resolution
• Design jigs to streamline assembly processes
• Design jigs and fixtures, and explore ergonomic equipment solutions
• Audit system acceptance, production processes, and instructions to ensure they are correctly executed
• Ensure all processes and documentation are up-to-date and compliant with relevant standards and clauses

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or automation environments
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong quality focus
• Independent, self-motivated, and creative with out-of-the-box thinking abilities
