Your new company
You will be joining a reputable MNC who is one of the world’s largest company in medical device manufacturing.
Your new role
You will be in charge of:
- Sourcing for suppliers to support NPI activities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (R&D, Engineering) to conduct RFQ based on technical drawing specification
- Managing project timeline to ensure that target milestones are achieved
- Contract and cost negotiations for purchased materials with direct suppliers
- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships to enhance benefits and reduce procurement spend
- Cost estimations based on the physical components and technical drawings
- Ensure supplier’s capability and capacity for production
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate is someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience in a HMLV manufacturing environment handling NPI
- Experience in manufacturing processes related to Mechanical commodity, ideally in Metal stamping and Packaging processes
- SAP or ERP system knowledge
