JR56119 NTI Process Tech LeadAs an NTI Process Tech Lead, you will be expected to lead and coach a team of Process Technicians in completing operational tasks/projects in a timely manner and achieve set objectives to assist engineers in technology and development activities.Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage a team of Process Technicians to enable their growth/development and keep the team well motivated.
• Manage the team trainings to meet the needs of their responsibilities.
• Provide Mentorship, Coaching to the team to support them in their task/project completion and develop the team capability to take on new scope as need to cater for the expanding technology and development activities.
• Collaborate with teams from different areas/depts to identify and implement efficiency improvement through automation, operation/productivity BKM development to support technology and development activities.
• Ensures team staffing coverage is adequate and organize overtime needs when needed.
• Supports, prioritize and delegates projects to meet the needs of the technology and development activities.
• Data mining and analysis using advanced data analyzing tool.
• Support FA/X-SEM job submission and X-section profile measurement for failure analysis.
• Perform process characterization.
• Support offload/shipdoc operations to vendor/other micron sites.
• Support daily process operations associated with development activities.
• Set up process GDM, GCP, SWR and new SPC charts for new process evaluation.
• Assist process owners on various daily tasks such as Cpk improvement, material disposition.
• Provide feedback/ recommendation and apply creative solutions for process/operational improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic / Electrical, Mechatronic, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other similar fields.
• Familiar of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal/collaboration skills with a strong interest in working in a multifaceted environment.
• Experience in Tableau is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally
• Proven ability to comprehend advanced process knowledge.
• Proven ability to multitask with proper documentation

and driving basic projects within stipulated timeline. * Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Prior semiconductor experiences are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required to work on off shift schedule (Sun- Thurs or Tues- Sat), following daytime schedule 8am \xe2\x80\x93 530pm.
