- To plan, coordinate and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Departments.
- To lead a nursing team to manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds.
- Mentor/supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees/projects.
- At least 5 years relevant experience as managerial role
- Possess initiative and integrity, good leadership skills and result-driven
- Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shift hours
