The Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth and effective operations of her department and to ensure that the department works in alignment with the goal set by the hospital. She is also responsible in ensuring that the department attains the high standard of nursing care and conforms to the quality systems and procedures of the hospital.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Post basic/Advance Diploma in Nursing
- Post graduation in Management/Leadership
- At least 10 years of clinical experience with 3 to 5 years in Managerial role (Candidate with proven experience in managing Multidisciplinary Department would be an advantage)
- Able to commit 2 rotating shifts
