Job Description

Our client is a well-established provider of residential and dementia care for seniors, offering high-quality healthcare and daily living support through a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the Nursing Department to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality care, and adherence to service standards. Supervise a multidisciplinary team including nurses, care attendants, physiotherapy aides, and rehabilitation staff to deliver coordinated patient care, exceptional customer service, and effective discharge planning. Ensure full compliance with nursing standards and regulations set by MOH, SNB, and AIC, while managing staff scheduling, duty rosters, and leave planning. Continuously assess and adapt nursing care plans in response to residents' evolving needs, ensuring seamless transitions from acute care to step-down services. Oversee the administration of treatments, therapeutic activities, health education, and counselling services for both residents and their families. Lead staff development through clinical training, performance audits, and quality improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Support the development of training materials, participate in product evaluations, and contribute to nursing research to drive innovation and improve care outcomes.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a Nurse Manager or Nurse Clinician role. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively. Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered for a senior-level position.



Salary: Up to $8,000.


Working hours: Monday - Friday. 8am-5pm.
