Duties and responsibilities Plan training and competency check sessions for care staff in consultation with Nursing Champion and Head, Centre Management. Conduct training sessions and competency check for care staff in accordance with approved training and competency check plan. Serve as a nursing resource and mentor to all care staff. Stay current with knowledge and trends in area of nursing and eldercare, and provide advice in these areas to Nursing Champion and Head, Centre Management. Prepare reports on training and budgets for annual training programmes Qualifications & Skills Required Degree in Nursing Registered with Singapore Nursing Board Experience in nursing education Trained/Experienced in teaching and coaching care staff Critical thinking and organizational skills
