Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic screening and assessment of clients
- Provide direct nursing care to all clients with special attention to those with general and enhanced dementia.
- Attend to patient\xe2\x80\x99s needs in their daily activities.
- Assist with safe reminders of medications and accurate documentation.
- Monitor diet/fluid intake when instructed.
- Report any change in client\xe2\x80\x99s condition to the trained nurses, assist in medical emergency situations.
- Adhere and implement infection control measures.
- Maintain a safe environment and take measures to prevent fall.
- Perform inventory count of equipment and in topping up of supplies.
- Observe confidentiality and privacy of the client in compliance with PDPA and institution policy.
- Escorting clients between centre or to other destinations or for outings with or without transport whenever requires.
- Assist the Team in managing adverse situations, handling of complaints and service recovery.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Healthcare or above
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare will be advantage
- Able to work on rotating shifts
